I've tried searching all over, but couldn't find the right answer. Run a memory diagnostic such as Memtest86 or Windows memory Diagnostic. The PC is very new and I already did all the normal basic diagnosis: checking all the wires are secure, updated windows, MB, and GPU did a malware & virus check Thanks for the solution!

Thank You!!! I finally tried rebooting, but it just goes back into the same loop unless I tap F8 upon restart, then I can get to the Safe Mode Screen. Booting up results in the same loop as before; Startup repair starts and then mentions that it can't be automatically fixed. Connect an external drive with at least 10 GB of free space.
