After following these instructions it definitely got me closer but no cigar so far. Can't Download Windows 10 Updates FOR PRESIDENT !! After the updates, my CPU usages is negligible and all updates are installed. YOU rock!

Does it run or is there an error? once i turned my laptop back on I had 86 updates pending. But i dont have that panel in the control panel about how it is reserved and it will tell me when its ready.
