Computer Freezes When Ripping Cd's
After it has uninstalled reboot the computer (it will be automatically reinstalled).Swear at the cat some more. I was doing some searching online and came across an article about the Lame MP3 DLL having a bug and needing replacing or something, but, wouldn't you know it, I tried BLEEPINGCOMPUTER NEEDS YOUR HELP! Can your CD read other audio/data CDs? It might just be worth looking for any firmware update for the drive on the manufacturers site. Just one last idea for today, disconnect your PC from the internet and see if that helps. You first need to set the CD drive to 1st in the boot order in the Bios setup.
